Ceasar X. Delgado
As an associate at Peterson, Baldor & Maranges, PLLC, Ceasar focuses his practice on insurance and construction disputes, including but not limited to coverage disputes, construction defect litigation, construction lien and bond claims, and contractor delay claims. Ceasar has drafted and negotiated construction contracts for his clients on both public and private projects. Immediately prior to joining Peterson, Baldor & Maranges, PLLC, Ceasar worked for a reputable construction litigation firm in Coral Gables, Florida.
Ceasar graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in legal studies. He then obtained his law degree from the Florida International University College of Law in 2012. During law school, Ceasar made the Dean’s List five of six semesters and received an award recognizing the highest academic achievement in legal research and writing. He was the Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and had the privilege of representing FIU’s College of Law at the Annual National Baseball Arbitration Competition in New Orleans.
Ceasar is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association, as well as the Florida Bar’s Construction Law Committee, a subdivision of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. Ceasar is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
