Michael has been practicing law in South Florida for over 20 years and has vast experience in the fields of construction, environmental and land use law, and complex commercial litigation. In 2009, Michael was retained to represent one of the largest material suppliers involved in the state and multi-district litigation stemming from the importation of Chinese-manufactured drywall into the United States. He defended personal injury and property damage claims brought by 4,193 plaintiffs across the southeast United States.

Jose began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office. After leaving the State in 2006, he focused his legal career in the areas of construction law, business law, commercial litigation, and real estate litigation. Jose has represented a wide range of clients, including a multi-national engineering and construction company, local gun club and indoor shooting range, condominium development, and international credit card merchant processor.

Matthew is Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar. He focuses his practices on construction law and also leads the firm’s condominium law practice. Matthew received his bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University in Washington D.C. and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Florida International University College of Law, graduating within the top 15% of his class.
